Refund policy

Returns
Only defective items are eligible for return.

A Return Authorization is required and must be obtained by e-mail at returns@nytintmeter.com. Please provide your name, address, daytime phone number, date of purchase, and reason for return request.

Refunds
Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received the item and whether or not it is approved for refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days, please check your bank account again. If you still can not find the refund, please contact us at info@nytintmeter.com. Be sure to provide your name, order date, Return Authorization number, and original order number so we can track the refund for you.

Shipping
Return the item, please ship prepaid to: PO Box 411 Camillus New York US 13031. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For your protection, returns should be shipped using a trackable shipping service.
